Mr. Colette is engaged in general civil litigation with a focus on healthcare law, governmental law, employment law, employee benefits law, including retirement and pension plans, and products liability. Mr. Colette earned his J.D. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2005, where he was the executive vice-chair of the Moot Court Board, a member of the Intrastate Moot Court Team and a member and coach of the regional champion BLSA Mock Trial Team. Mr. Colette is a cum laude graduate of Emory University [B.A. 2002]. Admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2005 and to the New York State Bar in 2009, Mr. Colette is also admitted to the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the Northern District of Georgia.

Following law school, Mr. Colette worked as an associate at Smith, Gambrell & Russell LLP in Atlanta as an environmental litigation and real estate attorney. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Colette was a solo practitioner in New York City, focusing on civil litigation. Mr. Colette lives in Atlanta with his son.
