Roger Harris commenced practice in Atlanta in 1998, following one year of practice in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Harris is a graduate of Auburn University (B.S.B.A., 1988) and holds a Masters degree from the University of South Carolina (M.B.A., 1994). Following several years working as a marketing manager and strategic planner in the medical device industry, Mr. Harris pursued his law degree, graduating cum laude from Suffolk University Law School (J.D., 1997). As a member of the Suffolk University Law Review, Mr. Harris published his Note entitled, "The Need to Know Versus the Right to Know: Privacy of Patient Medical Data in an Information-Based Society." Mr. Harris is a member of the State Bars of both Georgia and Massachusetts, and practices primarily in the fields of professional liability litigation, commercial litigation, and trucking and transportation litigation, with trial experience in all areas. Recently, Mr. Harris was named to Georgia Trend's Legal Elite for 2009.
