Ellis speaks at DRI Product Liability and ABA Litigation Section Conferences

Philippa V. Ellis recently served as a faculty member at Defense Research Institute's (DRI) Product Liability Conference in San Diego, California, April 15, 2009, and the American Bar Association's (ABA) Litigation Section Conference in Atlanta, Georgia, May 1, 2009.  For the DRI conference, Ms. Ellis spoke before the Automotive Specialty Litigation Group on the topic, ""Litigation Testing - How The Failure to Prepare for a Daubert Challenge Can Sink Your Case."  The program she presented at the May 1st ABA Litigation Section Conference, was entitled, "Preemption in Product Liability Litigation."
