Robertson Advises Georgia Dome On Falcons Deals

OGEJS partner J. Pargen Robertson, Jr., advised the Geo. L. Smith II Georgia World Congress Center Authority, the State of Georgia Authority which operates the Georgia Dome, on three deals which recently closed with the Atlanta Falcons. The Dome and the Falcons executed agreements related to construction of renovations in the Georgia Dome and the role of the Falcons as the Georgia Dome’s broker for sale of advertising and premium seating.
