Attorneys in the OGEJS employment law practice group counsel and litigate on behalf of both small businesses and very large employers. Matters handled by our employment law group have included employment contracts generally (including covenants not to compete and non-solicitation agreements), Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act's wage and hour rules, medical confidentiality, non-discrimination requirements under State law, governmental tenure rules, and other labor and employment related laws and regulations.
