Smith II Georgia World Congress Center Authority (which is the public authority that operates the Georgia Dome stadium, the Georgia World Congress Center convention and trade show facility, and Centennial Olympic Park).
In that capacity, OGEJS has extensive expertise and experience in all legal matters affecting public assembly facility operations, including licensing agreements with convention and tradeshow producers, premium seating license agreements for the Georgia Dome, advertising license agreements for the Georgia Dome, and other agreements; risk management and facility insurance issues; governmental procurement of goods and services; public finance and construction issues; the Americans with Disabilities Act; counseling and litigation regarding employment law issues; First Amendment/free speech issues; inter-governmental agreements and memoranda; law enforcement and other security issues; and counseling regarding the Authority's ongoing long term contractual relationships with its key licensees including the Atlanta Falcons, the Southeastern Conference, the Chick-fil-A Bowl, Georgia State University, and others.
